Monday, Oct. 10th, 10 a.m. members board the bus at the Faculty Club for a field trip to the Houston Farmers' Market and lunch at Underbelly Burgers. Lily Aguilar will guide a tour of present and anticipated stalls to survey the wide variety of ethnic ingredients necessary for Houston's remarkably diverse foodways. Bus leaves for return to campus at 1 p.m.
